At Aotearoa Diabetes Collective, our aim is to offer equitable specialist diabetes care.
Our service is delivered by highly experienced, prescribing and accredited Diabetes Nurse Specialists & Nurse Practitioner. We work in partnership with people with diabetes, the community, primary care and secondary specialty services.  

We are a charitable organisation that aims to distribute profits into responsive care and education for people with diabetes, where needs are currently unmet. Our goal is to reduce barriers to equitable access to specialist diabetes care by creating opportunities to care for whānau who are most affected by diabetes.
